Data collected

We collect only the email address you voluntarily provide through the waitlist sign-up form. No other personal data is collected automatically.

Purpose and legal basis

Your email address is used to: (1) notify you about the LocalPulse launch; (2) send promotional communications about the service. The legal basis is the explicit consent you give at the time of registration (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Recipients

Your data is processed by Resend Inc. (transactional email provider, USA — subject to Standard Contractual Clauses) and stored on our own servers located in Europe (EU). Browsing statistics are collected by a proprietary analytics system operated by Cusati Solutions (cusatisolutions.com) without the use of cookies and in anonymous aggregated form. No data is sold to third parties.

Retention period

Your data is retained until you request deletion, or for a maximum of 24 months from the last contact. You may request deletion at any time.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to info@cusatisolutions.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it) or with your local supervisory authority.
